Considering Ch 7.
A few questions that I've found small pieces of info on, but I'm still a little confused.
Specifically about appliances: Are built-in appliances part of the home or considered personal property...if so, is the refridgerator protected even though it is not "built-in"?
Also, I read a post that stated one was given exemptions on 1 TV, 1 Radio, etc... does anyone know if this applies in FL, or would all property have to come out of FL's $1000 "wildcard" for Personal Property?
That's the big rub right now. I understand liquidating some assets to miyigate the creditor's losses, but if I have to include built-in appliances and get no other exemption, we will be sleeping on the floor, sitting on the floor, etc...
Not looking for sympathy, just info.
Thanks!!
