? with statement of intention

Hello all. I have yet another question for you.

I am finally starting to fill out the paperwork. I have a question on this statement of intention.

My husband and I are filing chapter 7 Pro se. We rent our home. Under, Description of leased property I have:
Residence,house then our address underneat. I have put the landlords name in Lessors name but am unsure what "Lease will be assumed" means. Could someone please explain this to me? I have looked in the Nolo book and on this forum and cant find an answser.

I am guessing that it means that it is asking you if you will be continuing with the lease.
