I wrote this letter:
We will be terminating our lease for 608 Ridgewood Dr on September 14, 2006. The original date of August 14, 2006 for moving out is no longer valid. This is giving you almost two months to re-rent the house and to fix the following issues allowing you to re-rent the house prior to our vacating.

So were is the beef? (the lease) can't help until lease is posted, otherwise everybodies advice is crap, mine included.




We have asked for four months for issues to be addressed with this house and they have not been taken care of.

okay, had a chance to read this again between appointments. Good move, should have told them, also not to come unless husband there because of what was said. Demand 24 hr notices, your communications should all be in writing going forward. document document document.
