Has anyone filed a complaint against a Trustee?

After reading different threads about Trustee's it seems that the only difference between those scum sucking, bottom feeders and Carp is that one is a fish.

How is a sperm cell and a Trustee alike? They both hope to become human one day.

Any ways...Has anybody filed a complaint against these appointed Trustee's with the USDOJ? Would you start with your regional Trustee and climb from there?

Would you go to your State attorney General?
I'm in Michigan so any info would be helpful but state specific would be splendid.

Everybody in the Judicial System has a boss........ including Trustees......

US Trustees oversea Trustees...... each case has one.

US Trustees are appointed by the Attorney Generals Office in Washington DC. There is a special guy in charge of all the US Trustees, and then the Attorney General himself is over all of them.....

Just like a food chain..............little one up to big one......

Trustees, US Trustees, and Bankruptcy Judges have all had some that have had complaints against them, and some even been removed from office for their dishonesty and mistreatment of debtors.

When I filed my complaint - I started with the Attorney General in Washington DC - (the man to get the job done) and let it "roll" down the line of command........ each party trying to explain the action of the party below them.... very interesting.... especially when their own head is on the chopping block trying to explain to their boss!!!

Remember, Trustees, US Trustees are all a member of the "good ole boys club". They eat together, golf together, drink together. All for one, one for all!!!

So higher up the later worked better for me!!!!

        Minny,

Did you get any result from your complaint? I would be happy with just a reprimand.

If you survived your 341 without the Trustee mentioning anything, you're probably out of the woods. But...they seem to have a great deal of power and as I understand it, can even open up your Chapter 7 up to one year after it closes.

Yes, they do have a great deal of power, but they also have their limitations...........

My case is still pending and in progress............

Realize that it due to policies and procedures of checks and balances. There are a lot more auditing requirements in place with the new laws.
