Trustee says no asset distribution..what does this mean?

I filed back in Oct. old system ch. 7 no asset, was discaharged in febuary 06 been waiting on closure,I thought I had some assets, one is a vacant lot that is paid for,no word on it,I read on pacer that the 3rd of august 06 trustee says there is no asset distribuiton for this case and wishes to be released from his duties,What does this all mean,They are done with me ? how can this be a no asset ,I have a paid for lot, surely someone would complain, its been 175 days from discharge and I would like to get this behind me,it is hard to contact the lawyer and he pretty much just says to wait,Is there a process now that has to be done, like objections and such? I am sure there is I just dont understand and am confused, any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you
I prayed for a new bicycle but god didnt respond,so I stole one and asked for his forgiveness

You're in good shape. The trustee is saying that there are not enough assets to distribute to make it worth the while and that he is done.

Most probably, the Trustee took a look at the location and/or value of the lot and decided to abandon the property.

Your attny gave you good advice. Just wait. Be patient.

And be thankful that the Trustee did not decide to sieze and sell the property.

      You're almost to "Case Closed"!!
      Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
      Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
      Closed - 04/2007

You're home free. You have already been discharged and the time for any objections is long gone.
