    Insurance

Sitting and waiting for the Insurance Agent to call with the bad news. My Policy expires on the 16th. As far as i know the HO Policy is 2600.00 per year. I know my escrow is about to get pounded hard.

I paid for the new kitchen the other day, the stucco is going on soon and the bathrooms are currently being gutted. Just want to finish, sell and get the hell out of Florida. You can keep this armpit. East Tennssee to Florida is akin to decending into a money pit, the more you throw in, the more you realize it will never stop. My electric bill was $340.00 last month. Damn FPL, they are lousy after the hurricanes and their equipment is in horrible shape according to several out of state utility workers I met during Wilma. Won't make the money in Tenn. but the trade is for happiness.

    My sympathy Robivi3,

Yes they will tear you up on insurance now, since all the hurricanes and such.....

They are making it almost impossible for people to survive or own a home..... and some will have to give up their homes because they will not be able to rebuild if something happens that insurance will not cover......

It's going to be different when you come back to Tenn. - LIfe will be GOOD!!!! PEACEFULL!!!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
