Can I sell home during chapter 13

I go to my 341 trustee meeting next thursday,I am the only one filing,my husband was never on any credit cards,The home loan is in just his name,but name is on the deed,Can we sell our home?Will the trustee take any of our profits?Thanks

If its a Chapter 13, you probably want to wait until after the Plan Confirmation before selling. That way you can pay off your plan and get a discharge.
