last day for objections was 8/21

Hi
I've been holding my breath for the last couple of days and the last day for objections was Mon.. Do you think I would have heard anything if there was an objection? I did have a creditor try to get me to pay part wood flooring with a Purchase Money Security Interest but I let my attorney know that I was not able to pay. I'm thinking that if I were going to hear from them, It would have been before now. I'm trying to be good and not spend the money on the pacer but I think that I might try it.

Im wondering the same thing, my last day was also 8/21. I keep checking PACER but nothing so far.

very likely you have nothing to worry about... pacer usually updates quickly.. plus, think of it this way, if a creditor was truly wanting to object - they would have surely done it before the last day (but you can never put it by them)..

sit back and relax, the toughest part (the waiting) is now over!

I hope so, I checked PACER today and it still doen't have anything about my discarge on it, Maybe Im worrying about nothing. I guess I just want to get this over with and on with my life.

My last day for objections was 02/12/06 and it was on 02/16/06 that I saw my Order of Discharge on PACER. Give it some time....maybe through the weekend, then you could try calling the clerks office and ask for an update sometime next week.

My last day for objections was 8/14/06 and I didn't discharge untill 8/22/06. I called the court house on 8/15/06 and they said it would take about one week. You should call the clerks office and ask what is going on.

it could be 1 days or 2 months.. My last day for objections was 5/5/6 and case was not discharged until 6/30/6. Case got lost in the shuffle of things. But, that goes to prove that things can happen..
