The trustee received no funds or property of the estate and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.

Status is still open? Can i take a new job, or sell some stuff? I'm afraid to put money in my bank account and it's taking forever to know the end result.

Mine says the same. I think it mean that no assets or money was made off the estate and that the case be discharged.

Often you will see this shortly after your 341 meeting.... It means that the Trustee did not find any assets of your to sell. Also if this is posted after the 60 days of objection of creditors has passed, it means the Trustee is requesting to be relieved of his duties regarding your case and that your case be discharged.

Yeah!!

I called the court and got transferred a couple times, then left a vm with someone asking about my case, and it's awaiting closing and been past 60 days. please look into this or call me back thanks.
