I filed for bk on july2005 and was discharged Dec 2005, I had some local taxes that were for the years 2001 and 2003, I don't know if i could have encluded them in bk or not, now they are putting a Levy on me for taxes, Is there anything I can do? Thank You

Look up your filing to find out, & call your attorney if you had one. -
Some taxes are not dischargable..... make sure with your attorney these do not fall in that category.... if they do..... you may end up just paying them outright......Minny
