Missed 341, can I reschedule or must I reefile

Yep, this idiot missed the meeting, put it on ,my calendar for Friday, it was on Thursday. Can I get it rescheduled or must I refile? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time? etc..

I would check on Pacer to see if anything has been filed, and then get on the phone immediately to the Trustee's office to beg forgiveness. Missing the 341 is a bad, bad thing. (I know, you didn't need me to tell you that)

I see on Pacer where alot of people do not show up at their 341 meeting.The BK Trustee usually reschedules it for the next date he has in court.Like the previous poster stated look on Pacer or call the Trustee and see if your 341 meeting has been rescheduled.If you miss it a second time around your case WILL BE DISMISSED!
So be sure to get the date right this time.Good Luck.
