    pray with me!!!!!!!!

    my discharge is sept 11th, no problems.

    then i get a letter in the mail

    my attorney has had there licenense revolked,

    lol, this sucks, now i have another attorney and if there is a problem, i have to pay more money

    wtf.....

    No worries, even if thats true your attorney's part was done. Even if you did require additional services, he/she would probably charge you extra.

      Here's hoping everything holds and you do get your Discharge as anticipated.

      But FOMO is right.

      If something else were to have come up, you would prolly have had to pay your first attny additional $$$'s.

      Most attnys quote a fee for filing your BK petition and to be present at the 341. Any Objections, Adversarials, etc, are usually charged seperate at the attny's billable hourly rate.

      Again, here's hoping you're home free come Monday!!
