Private person car loan???

I have a friend in North Carolina wanting to buy a car $11,000 it is a great deal 1999 Saab 44,000 miles she cannot go wrong with this private person ..

and does not want to get screwed by dealerships..Is there a company that you think will finance a used car older than 5 years old from a private party? She is discharged from Bk.... Thanks

The 'blank check' loans would apply to that situation, private party or otherwise.
