I need some help deciding wether to put thru an Amendment of not???

What would you do? Here's my dilemma: I mailed out a 'Waiver' for the filing fee a couple of days ago and attatched Schedule I & J with the waiver and signed all sheets attesting to the correctness and truthfulness of these forms.
Well here it is two days later and I find mistakes on my Schedules I & J.
Do I: Send in the Amendment to these Schedules even though I swore they were correct and true 2 days ago....OR do I just leave well enough alone and hope not making the corrections doesn't get me in trouble with the Trustee or my creditors??
Any help, comments or suggestions are very welcomed.

I have decided to Amend the forms. It'll make me feel better about my petition.
They can deny my request for a filing fee 'waiver' if they want due to the fact that I amended the forms 2 days after I put in the request.I'll deal with it.
I could still use some comments or help if anyone cares to jump in......

How big of mistakes? Are the mistakes in your favor meaning...will your income increase or decrease and the same for your expenses?

My amendments are to the current expenditures and the Means Test.I decided to do the 'household' expenses/income instead of just mine but I sent the 'Waiver' in for just my income/expenditures alone.
Since we all go in on household expenditures it's best I amend to show this and not worry wether my 'waiver' will be approved or not.I can't worry about that when the 'bigger' picture need's to be clear to the Trustee and the Creditors.
Just for my own peice of mind.I'll explain this situation to the Clerk when I hand in my Amendments but I don't think it'll matter either way to them.
Thanks for jumping in to help.

Great now they end up with the Amended forms before they even got the 'Waiver' forms.

Well I drove down to the courthouse and filed my amendments today. What bothers me is I mailed the 'Waiver' request papers out Friday and they still haven't gotten them yet.Duh.So I amended the schedule before they even received my filing fee waiver papers. So by the time they get those in the mail Schedule J will be incorrect.
          This is so mixed up.
Hopefully everything is OK...at least as far as the court is concerned.

I'm glad you filed the amendments--accuracy is key in BK cases and, IMO, increases your credibility.

Thanks anonymuse,I feel alot better amending my schedules/statement.
I looked on Pacer and my Amendments were put on the docket and shortly after the other Schedules that I put with my Waiver were listed also.
I called the BK Clerk and she said that the 'Amended' forms supersede everything else. She said she has to file everything I send even though that schedule was amended. So no problem.
Whew....I'm so glad it turned out OK.Such a releif I did not screw everything up.
Thanks for the words of encouragement.I need them right now.
