Where would I find a sight that has all the forms for filling chapter 7... for free... in California?

Or is that not possible.. could I possibly find the papers at the court?

She wants to do it her self since she has no money to pay for a lawyer.
She doesn't own a home (rents) and still makes payments on a car loan.

This sounds like it will be easy.. but I'm sure that an "easy/fast" Bankruptcy doesn't exist.

Just another option to consider in case you'll were aware of this.

99.9% of BK Attorneys accept installment payments. Once the client has paid the full-amount owed. The attorney will begin processing the BK petition.

Good Luck!
