2nd mortgage

I have not yet filed bk because I took out a 2nd mortgage a month ago. I want to surrender my house in the ch.7. Will they make me pay the 2nd mortgage?

You need to wait at least 60 days, but even then, you BK will likely have problems. You should hire an attorney to help you with your BK. Also, what did you use the proceeds from the 2nd for?
