    Annoying Bank Problem Continued

About a month ago, I wrote that my stupid bank added $400 to my check, paid to a govt agency, from my account, making my balances go negative.

So I wrote a letter to the vice president of the bank, with the copy of the check I had written attached, and the problem was corrected.

And, lo and behold, the govt agency which had over-deposited the $400 to my payment sent me a letter that they want to REFUND me the money.

What should I do with the refund? Should I return it to the bank? Or should I keep it?

Return it to the bank. They were good to you and reversed the charges and added the $400 to your account. Why would you think to keep it?

      Ok.

If the bank was really 'Good' to me it would not have made this kind of stupid mistake to begin with.

Still I will do as what miss puff has recommended.
