Just got here and this is for you Ch 13 Wizords, I live in Texas in a home I have a mortgage on and my wife lives in CA in a home that I have the mortgage on. We go our separate ways but my medical conditions have cause a big debt and I am considering fileing Ch 13. I do not want jepordize any of the properties. My income will cover some of the debt payments.

The question is: will Ch 13 protect both of the porperties???
