    Capital One

Capital One has changed their program. Now you get "pre approved" through their website, then go to one of their selected dealers to complete the application and finalize your purchase.

I was pre approved for a rate up to 5.05% depending on loan amount and term (up to 72 months).

But of course, none of the dealers that have what I want are on their list. Are there any other lenders I should try that have a blank check program and are BK friendly?

Anyone have experience with VW of America credit?

Can't Speak for VW, but I can for Capital One, I was able to get a 3.9 rate on my wife's new car just 30 days out of a CH13 Discharge here in Miami they offer a lot of auto places that you can shop from so that was not a issue for me, if you have a offleaseonly in your area check them out they pretty much have every car in the world in there just do your homework on the car.
