In today’s struggling world and local economy, having cash is a very important necessity. Cash has become one of the basic essentials as well as how to get them, ranging from working for them, bank cash loans or thru instant payday loans..

Indeed, choosing the right online payday loan Australia provider has become problem. However, do not despair yourself, choosing the right instant cash loan provider is easy, just do a survey from the available choices, do a thorough background check — like doing research online — compare each of the online payday loan providers that you have liked and decide based on your findings

Off shore payday loans. Hmmm, let's see, collateral? Your name, address, SS#, bank routing number, signature, and IDENTITY!

I will testify that it almost destroyed me a few years ago...will have a few in the BK :-)

They're insidious...luckily, the ones I had were all illegal in my state.

                  Don't do it. PLEASE - don't.

Payday loans may seem like a quick fix but it's a never ending story. Once you get one you keep getting them until you hit the lotto or file BK.

YEP! (or they turn out to be illegal in your state and you have the nerves of steel to tell them to - ehem - go away.)

Would it be OK if I go ahead and send you all of my personal information, including name, address, ssn, employment, etc? I'm sure that you would take really good care of it.

Seems a tall tree and a short rope come to mind as a cure for spammers....

Had it not been for Des asking not to shut this thread down, this would be shut down.

Payday loans are the antithesis to estate planning and bankruptcy! Or, more accurately, a driver to ending up in bankruptcy or in an endless vicious cycle of consistently seeking a loan to pay off the other loan. The Payday loan is the legal (in many States) version of the Mob's loan business. You pay the interest each week, and so long as you do... the loan doesn't need to be repaid. This is how the Payday loan companies make money, but renewing the loans. This is no different than the Mob.

While the mob charges 30% a week, most Payday loans have an APR of 390% or more!

I had $6000 in payday loans discharged - what a relief! I figure if you are desperate enough to use them then you are already in trouble...
