    341 Today

We survived our 341. I overheard attorneys ahead of us saying, "Oh great, there's a Pro Se!" HA! We had our i's dotted and our t's crossed and finished in under 10 minutes. There were very few 341s scheduled, and I think the attorneys were hoping they would go before us. We wanted it over with and chose to keep our place in line (first)

Of course, just like everyone else, we went into it nervous and came out saying, "That wasn't so bad."

Guess we are now official members of the 60 day club!

Thanks m2m. My only frustration through it all is the lack of cash exemptions in our state. We truly live paycheck to paycheck (and finally within our means, meager though they may be), and still have to surrender cash on hand and 25% of wages earned prior to filing. At least the trustee didn't demand it on the spot. We will pay whatever we owe out of our 2010 tax return (have to surrender about 75% of that too). I am wondering, given the outcome, how many Chapter 7s in our state actually end up truly being no-asset.
