I guess I'm in the clear.

Checked Pacer this morning, and my meeting was finally concluded, as of 11/7, with a "Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution".

    My only questions:

Is my 60 day countdown for discharge reset, or is it on track with my original meeting from 10/15?

    and

Do I have to worry about the Government Proof of Claim?

The 60 day deadline to object to discharge starts from your original meeting. Your discharge may or may not be on that date.

Not sure what you mean by worry about the proof of claim. But, if there are no assets to distribute, claims are irrelevant. If it's a non-dischargeable debt, you'll still be on the hook.

Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
