    Just wondering what happens

What happens when you lose and they decide you can't discharge that 10K Bank visa card. You have to pay it then right? And if you can't they get a garnishment of your wages or judgement again you? But if you are living on Social Security then what?

If the cc company has obtained a judgment that its claim is non-dischargeable that judgment can be enforced just like any other judgment. If your sole source of income is SS and you have no non exempt property you are judgment proof and the cc company can pound sand. What the creditor can do however, is every so often drag you in for a judgment debtor's exam to see if you are working or have acquired any property the cc company can seize to help satisfy the judgment.
