Not a ? of IF for AP, but rather WHEN - if they do object?

Hi there...this one may be geared to HHM since he did that great sticky on this topic!

I know I ve got a ways before I really need to worry about this since I only filed 4/20/11 - but as I have some cash advances at casinos (all over 70 days but less than 90 since filing but spread out over several cars with the most being about 4K total on a single card) not too long before filing.

I understand as much as anyone can WHETHER creditors will file AP (thanks to HHM sticky!) But I am curious as to WHEN in the process do these guys usually file AP if they are going to? Is it before the 341? Right after 341? At the last minute (this one doesnt make sense if their goal is to try and settle?), or all of the above?

    Thanks!

There is a time period they have after the 341 to file, either 30 or 60 days, I can't remember, but from other people's posts I've heard of some doing it immeadiately, some later, some right at the last minute.

30 days after 341 = deadline for objecting to exemptions.

60 days after 341 = deadline for objections to discharge.
