    income different than projected

I've only made a few payments so far, so I don't even know if I should take action on this.

I told my attorney from the start that I miss 1-2 months of work a year due to a chronic illness. His reply was that if I missed a payment, future payments would be higher.

Can't I send in my final pay stub showing that my income was actually $11000 less than projected?

Even though the discrepancy is due to health problems, shouldn't I be able to adjust my income?

    Thanks!

I would sit down with your attorney. $11K difference is almost $1K a month! That's a significant difference in a Chapter 13 Plan.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
