Motion to Waive the Wage Deduction Letter

    Hi All,
I am getting close to my 341 and my attorney sent me this form to sign for my automatic withdrawls from my paycheck, I really dont want to do this and he said there is no problem but that I need to send him a letter expalining why I dont want to do this, to be honest I know everyone in my place of work and I am a little unconforatable doing this... is there a sample letter somewhere thta I can use? I dont even know where to begin... thanks in advance.

Wage deduction, where it occurs, is typically a trustee requirement. The trustee could care less if you are bothered about what other people might think of you. You had better come up with a creative excuse when you submit that waiver.
