Our BK7 was filed 4/14. Today we received a letter from the mortgage company asking us to call them to tell them our intentions (surrendering or reaffirming). Should I call them or pass the info along to our attorney or ignore it? We're surrendering if that makes a difference.

Since you are represented, forward it to your attorney. One would think that creditors actually read the petition, since there is a Statement of Intentions that you filed!
