    341 Meeting Today

    Hello All -

Just got back from my 341 meeting and it well very well. Our lawyer said that usually there are 10 cases an hour but today there were 20. I think that helped us because the just asked us basic questions and we were done. I was really nervous.

WooHoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're in the 60 day club now.

They actually didn't ask us any questions about changes in employment or income. We got the basic questions like:
Did you look over the petition before you signed it?
                      Are your tax returns true?
Do you own the property listed?
Do you own the cars listed etc.?

Then we got some questions specific to our case. He asked about my husband's company. Basically what did it do. Then he actually made quasi-small talk. My husband is a musician so he had his saxophone's listed as tools of the trade. He asked my husband if we was a professional musician and after my husband said yes he said well I guess that's why they are listed as tools of the trade. He asked what kind of sax he played and that was it. I was expecting him to ask more about his income since he is freelance but he didn't.

We were there maybe 3 minutes. Then he said you're free to go and good luck.

Our lawyer said ours was so smooth because we did a really good job submitting all of our paperwork ahead of time. We didn't have anything missing and nothing was shady.
