Business debt for Chapter 7 and personal income?

We will be filing due to business debt on company "A" but I have another successful company "B" which provides for my husband's and mine income. I understand there is no means test because the majority of the debt is business. But is there a certain income level I need to be at? Or do I just have to justify the expenses? Is a salary of 140K reasonable?

We can't file chapter 13 due to the amount of the debt.

Difficult to answer really. If the salary is from A then yes you may well need to justify it to the Trustee in light of the companies bankruptcy. Keep in mind also that the nature of these businesses might have one affect the other. You need to talk to some business bk lawyers in your area and discuss the situation and see what is the best plan for you. If you are sole owner (or you and your spouse are) of both companies you may need to take other steps first and I certainly wouldn't do this pro se.
