Does anyone have any thoughts on how the following would play out:
I had an auto repossessed 10/09 and owe them about 13k on the lease.
I have 2 other leased vehicles I want to keep with the same finance company(Honda) and have kept my payments current. I am concerned that when I file and they don't get paid on the repo that they won't reaffirm the leases I want to keep which are about month 16 into a 36 month lease on each.Atty says you just never know how they will behave. Would be rough to not have the vehicles and I don't know if I could lease again after I file with a different car dealer if they take my cars back.
