Creditor listed on filing form given to 3rd party: what are implications for case?

My Chapter 7 BK filing lists several original credit cards banks as creditors. Meanwhile, since the filing, I've found out that one of the banks sold or gave the account to a third party. This third party is the new creditor, and it is not on the Chapter 7 form filed in the court. Only the original creditor is listed.

Does this mean that the new owner of the account is not party to the BK proceeding, because it hasn't been listed as a creditor, and because it hasn't been notified?

Can this account be dismissed from the proceeding for this reason?

No, as long as the original debt is listed, you're not responsible for keeping track of how it gets transferred from party to party after that.

The Chapter 7 discharge is a complete discharge anyway, even if you forget to list all your debts, they are still eliminated upon discharge.
filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!
