So my chapter 7 went really easy last year. I had no issues and my discharge was in May. I had 2 houses that were included.
1 of the banks is having a sale on my house this March. My other house I have heard nothing from the bank. How/when will they take this house? Also (I am not planning on buying soon) but don't I have to wait 3 years from the time that my last house is taken to be considered for a mortgage? Or is it 3 years from my discharge (even though the house is still in my name)
