    DAY 60 TODAY!.....Miserable!!!!

Day 60. I will spend 30 bucks on Pacer tomorrow.
Process was greatly simplified by having a super attorney.
Gut wrenching still to the last minute.

Thanks for all of the help on this forum. I would have been a continual train wreck without the good people and information provided here.
A couple of contributors on here probably don't know how big of a help they are.

I will continue to look to this forum for some recovery guidance.

    Thanks again to all.

Hi deric: Why didn't you speak up before now? If you have been lurking and reading, that is great, but we can only address YOUR specific questions when you POST them.

Please let us know when you actually get your Discharge, and we will celebrate appropriately.

BTW, there is no need to spend 30 dollars on PACER. Look at the 'stickies' regarding PACER--found mostly in the 'Chapter 7 Board', and you will find tips to avoid most of those charges.

Good luck to you, and welcome to the forum.

Don't be spending $30.00 on pacer tomorrow or any other day.

Even though today is day 60, it could be days or weeks before pacer is updated. Just chill........

First, congratulations. Sounds like everything went perfectly. And second, you will in no way need to spend that much on PACER, perhaps nothing at all. Read the guide posted here, and you should do just fine with it.

          Again, congratulations!

Your attorney should keep you to to date on the progress of your case. Why do you even want to look at PACER?
