Rule to show cause after discharge for included debt?

I need a little help here, back on 09/13/11 I received my discharge for Chapter 7.

Before I ever filed in 2011 I had a contempt citation/rule to show cause case that I showed up for and agreed to pay $50 a month for medical debt, well I made one payment and filed for chapter 7. Now nearly two years after my discharge I receive another contempt citation/rule to show cause for the same debt and it's the same court case, it was included in my chapter 7...It's even listed on my credit report as included in bankruptcy. What do I have to do about this? Do I even have to show up for the court date? Thank You

You have been ordered to show up, so you should show up and bring a copy of your discharge order. Either that or consult with an attorney about how to avoid showing up without risking being found in contempt of court.

Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
