    Notification question

What do the creditors receive from the bankruptcy court when you file? Do they receive a copy of my schedules and petitions? What are the chances they look over my agi for past years and compare it to what I put down on the initial applications for them?

It's been 2 years since I've had any credit. Worried a creditor I never made any payment to will look at my scheduled and compare it to what put down and File an objection for possible fraud.

Do not worry. Nothing like that happens.
they get a one page standard notification form.

Since it is fairly expensive for a creditor to challenge you in AP, they are not going to look or respond. If you went on a fancy vacation 5 months before filing and spent it all on credit.....some might challenge..but you said it has been 2 years. Forget it.

    Relax, you are fine,
