    savana, go to the Kansas Bankruptcy Court site http://www.ksb.uscourts.gov/ Click on "Resources" in the left column, then click on "Court Forms"

    You will find all the forms you need there. Also, when you first click on the link above, you will also see a link for local rules. It is a good idea to read through them to find out about district-specific forms and rules.
    Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!

      It took me weeks to figure out all of the forms. Once I did, I started my own business, [Advertising link removed. Not allowed w/o permission from owner/Administrator. Please see forum rules at http://www.bkforum.com/announcement.php?f=3] to help others in similar situations.
