    I hadn't considered that possibility. I would assume that, in that case, the trustee would recuse himself and allow an alternate trustee to take over.

    I'd also think that even if the trustee somehow remembered some shady stuff you had told him in a free consultation, the attorney-client privilege would preclude him from relaying concerns to the oncoming trustee.
    Chapter 7, above median, no asset. Discharged with no UST involvement.

      I don't think Pizza is saying that the trustee was his/her attorney. I think you are right that if Pizza had consulted with the attorney, another trusyee would be appointed.
