About our experience and attorneys

Attorney Richard Amberg founded our firm in 1975. His experience includes hundreds of trials, in numerous state and federal courts. Richard Amberg focuses his practice in major felony criminal defense and federal and state appeals. Junior partner, James Amberg continues the family tradition by providing the highest level of service to his clients, primarily in the areas of criminal defense, general civil litigation, and real estate law. We have three associate attorneys: David Campbell, who focuses on family law, criminal law, and general civil litigation; Phillip Vera, who practices in the areas of personal injury and general civil litigation; and Jason Henry, who handles mainly criminal cases.
Together with of counsel attorney, Charles Murphy, our partners and associates offer you a wide variety of solutions for your legal problems. We come together as a team to help you resolve your legal matter quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
