Charles A. “Chip” McCallum, III, formed McCallum Law Firm in Vestavia Hills, Alabama in February 2001. In June 2001, Eric Hoaglund, Martha Cook and Brent Irby joined Chip at his new firm. The firm name changed to McCallum Hoaglund Cook & Irby, LLP in January 2005.
