Hi. I am also in NJ and unfortunately, dyslexic, so I am a little overwhelmed. I need to file Pro Se here in Jersey and would appreciate a little advice on where to begin reading the particulars for this state.

I just learned I am being sued so i need to file by the end of the month or risk a judgment.

I WAS very doscouraged until I found the bankruptcy forum. Everyone has helped so much - so much shared information, it's been wonderful.

As for being courageous, I don't know about that but thank you. I just see wrong being done and have enough of the 70's in me to try to bring it to attention.

The thing of it is - they wouldn't have hireed me without my background and my background showed them I'm not a dummy so why they thought they could do this without my reporting them is beyond me.

Of course, they did not know that I am going to be going through bankruptcy and may have thought I have more to lose than I do.
