How The Hec Do I Valuate This?

I have a website that I was thinking about selling but decided it would be too close to filing bk and selling would raise eyebrows.

It doesn't make any money but it does look very nice because of the colors & graphics.

I think I should it as an asset and then exempt it but have no idea how to valuate it. The woman who was interested in buying it would have paid me 1k for it.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Since a buyer would have paid you $1000, then if your lawyer agrees it should be listed, then I'd value it at $1,000 when you file. Be sure it's crystal clear that the website makes no money for you.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
