    what about other?>>>>

I know that child support is not a dischargable debt......however, I was awarded a significant amount of attorney fees from a re-visit to family court several years ago.....and my X has included those attorney fees in his C7.

    Any sugestions??

You can file paperwork asking the judge to not allow the discharge of that debt to go through. Call and ask the clerk what paperwork you need to file.

Thanks......I have filed an Adversary Proceeding......I know that you must have grounds in order to win - and I'm sure they are very specific circumstances --- unfortunately the "legal world" isn't always in real world terms and I am having problems researching this!

If the fees were ordered as part of a domestic action, it is possible they are non-dischargeable. I will need to look at the code.
