    Question on filling out exemptions

    a few questions:
    1) do you add kids property to your lists? The paper i have to fill out has a space for self or join (spouse) but nothing for kids. we have 3 so it makes a big change in the furniture area and cloths

    2) cars - if I owe what the car is worth (or more) but plan on keeping the car, how do you add it up? for example, on our Van we own 9,500 and if i were to go buy the same year van to replace it it would cost around 9K. As it is very well maintained we are keeping it, os do I list it as a -500? I also just bought a new car knowing i would need to have it for a good while, so on paper I owe a lot more than it is now worth used. do I like that as a negative as well?

    thanks for the help!
