I am filing in the next week for bankrupcy. I bought a 1400 tv over a year ago. I have 400 left to pay. What will happen to the tv. Will I have to turn it in.

Best Buy is a toughie. They will threaten to turn it in. It is my understanding that Best Buy card is considered a securred note. This is my understanding and I hope I'm wrong. If possible try to pay it off as it is so close to being paid. If they come after you there will be additional charges I am sure. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here??
