    Simple question

    Just double checking

I use paystubs from June-November if I file on December 1st?

I know my attorney is extremely busy and probably used numbers as if I were filing in November.
    Stopped Payings CC's: 8/14/2009 | Retained Attorney: 9/23/2009 | Filed CH 7: 12/7/2009 | 341 Meeting: 1/21/2010 - Complete | Discharged: 4/9/2010

Yes, you use the income from the 6 FULL months prior to your filing date. Any day you file in Dec 2009 would use the income from June 1 thru Nov 30, 2009.
    Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
    Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

We filed on 10/28 and we only had to use pay stubs through 9/30. the 6 full months prior to the month in which you file in. So if you file on 12/31/2009 you would use June - November
