Finally Filed and Questions

Hi everyone. I finally filed yesterday (Dec 1)and checked pacer. 341 is scheduled for January 20. Wish it was sooner but oh well.

I do have a question. Will the trustee look at my bank statements after the file date? My income will be the same as before filing but will they look at what I spend my money on? Just curious.

I was not asked for bank statements after the file date. However, when you are in active BK, every single thing you do financially can be looked at with a magnifying glass. So keep your spending reasonable, and you should be ok.
