    Schedule J

I am curious what the general opinion is regarding these schedule J expenses. Keep in mind that I have included forecasts for roof, furnace, ac replacement, drive way upkeep in Line 3. Food includes baby formula, diapers, makeup, hair care products.

    Schedule J
    Line 1 $1907 Housing (actual)
    Line 2 $515 Utilities
    Line 3 $300 Home Maintenance
    Line 4 $1400 Food
    Line 5 $200 Clothing
    Line 6 $50 Laundry
    Line 7 $350 Med/Dental
    Line 8 $450 Transportation Costs
Line 9 $200 Entertainment (Includes kids piano lessons $95)
    Line 10 $200 Charity
    Line 11 $88 Auto Insurance
Line 12 $20 County auto tax & wheel tax
    Line 13a $270 Car Payment
Line 14 $71 Child support (I pay insurance costs why reduced to this point)
Line 15 $50 Additional child support (not ordered school clothes shopping, car repairs, etc)
Line 17 $305 Other Animal care (horse, dog, cat), student loan, school lunch, school trips, school books
    Line 18 $6246 Monthly Expenses

This is the revised schedule J I presented to my attorney for a family size of 7. Curious if anyone seeings anything that stands out as high/low.

    Thanks

      IRS National Standards - Apparel & services - Four Persons - $244

By their standards you are doing really good by only spending $200\month for a family of 7.

That's what stands out for me.

I have no idea about the piano lessons....just putting my expenses on there and see what is said. I posted this one on here because the first one I did and filed was way to low because I didn't go into detail or try to forecast any bigger expenses or irregular payments. My attorney never told me that the disposable income after schedule J really needs to be under the means test amount.
