CA foreclosures...how long is it taking them to kick you out?

We're 120+ days late with Wells Fargo (1st) and GMAC (2nd), and we filed Ch.7. We do not intend to keep our house, but we'd like to stay here as long as possible. We're in Central California.

Those of you in California, how long is it taking/did it take "them" to kick you out?

We're hoping for at least 6 months, but we'd love to have a year or more.

My last mortgage payment was October 2010 for September 2010. Filed BK7 12/23/10. As of today, no lift of stay has been filed against my BK7 (discharges 4/4/11), no Notice of Default has been filed with the county (Sacramento) and I have only received monthly mortgage statements from the servicer (Ocwen). Nothing more. So I'm going on 6 months with making no mortgage payments. After the NOD is filed with the county, I'll have another 60-90 days until the sale. Banking the money for a rental home.
