Help! Two months ago I did not anticipate having to file bankruptcy and withdrew the proceeds from an IRA and moved those proceeds into a new retirement plan. The new retirement plan is not in the US being as I don't anticipate retiring in the US. The proceeds were outside of a retirement plan for just over 60 days. Will this new retirement plan still be exempt in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy? The plan is not like a US plan, you cannot withdraw the funds at all.
