In February we will be moving. We want to move to an area with better schools since our oldest will be starting kindergarten next year.
We'll have to start looking around beginning of December. We have to be out of this house by 1/30/10.
By the time we start looking it'll be a year since our case was discharged. Do you think we'll have issues getting approved to rent?
We've been taking very good care of our credit. We've been renting for 2 years now and have never paid late. So I'm think we could get a recommendation from our current leasing company. They've raved about how great we take care of the property.
But fact of the matter is, our credit score still isn't great and we have that bankruptcy on our reports.
Honestly, what do you all think?
